WHAT SETS US APART
a little more about me
-
I’m a mama of two, and my boys are my whole world. I know how easy it is to put yourself last, to give everything you have and then some. But I’ve learned that when we take the time to tend to ourselves, we show up with more presence, more patience, and more love. Caring for yourself isn’t taking away from your family, it’s offering them the most grounded, nourished version of you.

I live with my family on four beautiful acres in Blackwood, where we grow botanicals, raise chickens, and let the land remain as wild and natural as possible. We honor the rhythms of the earth and the spirits who reside here, tending the space with reverence and care. This land is part of our healing, our learning, and our living.

I handcraft each herbal product with deep reverence for the plant realm. From slow infusions and thoughtful formulation to intentional packaging and labeling, I love every part of the process. Rooted in the traditions of folk herbalism, this way of working allows me to move slowly, listen deeply, and stay connected to the plants. Creating these offerings is more than making products. It’s a practice that grounds me in my path as a clinical herbalist and reminds me why I do this work.
